Front tow hook on a funny car

    Wanted a photo or drawing on how most of you guys do a tow hook on a Funny car as per NHRA rule book, do you have to make it so that you can tow the car off the track without lifting the body.

    tow hook

    Have built several , use .500x .058 c/m, bent a u bend and welded to the weight bar. Positioned to allow tow strap hook up w/o lifting or damaging the body. Every car will be different. Hope this helps. I can take a photo when i get the car out of the trailer
