Can someone tell me what is better to run, a 8145 Points box or a 8147 points box with the rev limiter, whats the advantages and disadvantages of each one, and whats the suggested type to buy for a BAE 521 ci, with a PSI screw blower.
    Thanks Greg

Yes they do work ! They may take the blower belt when you do use them but belts are way cheeper than blocks cranks and rods !

I think the answer here lies in what your perspective is-If I was selling blocks, cranks, rods and pistons I would prefer everyone use the non rev-limited version. One the other hand if this is coming out of my wallet I definitely want the motor rev limited. Dave Germain

Why not have the best of both worlds and recommend an 11500 chip in the box? :D
