I pulled my cam and got the following numbers off the end. They are hand engraved. The cam is an Erson, and I have sent them an email, but it says allow 2-4 days for an answer, so I thought I'd see if you guys could help.

First it has the obvious stuff, lobes and LSA:

    R326-510
    R328-475
    114

Then it has the following that I need help decoding:

    C
    #2
    48*
    #5269
    5.99

    Thanks for any help.

Just to cap this thread, and for anybody who may be interested, here is the reply I got from Erson today:

    Brian,

The extra hidden numbers on your cam are as follows:

#2 It was the second cam of the same run he was doing
    48 48 degree hemi
5269 The serial number of the cam
