I've never had a glide valve body apart (the two halves). I took mine apart tonight. I saw two balls, and took note of their location, however a third jumped into my solvent tank unannounced. Anyone have a diagram of where my balls go????????????

I do not know the brand of this brake. It was bought with the car. I've only had TH trannys apart, and they have balls.

You've had the brake apart and there are no balls in there? What is funny, is these balls are PLASTIC

    Check balls

Have worked on many powerglides. Check balls depend on who made it. I've seen no balls, one or two balls but I don't remember any three ball valve bodies. Your should be able to look at the separator plate and see where the seats for the balls are. You may see steel, brass, rubber, viton (hard plastic) balls. The hard plastic saves wear on the plate. Rubber does also but gets smaller with use.
