what can you use to polish the windshield or do you just buy a new one. it has a dull haze in the lexan and she cant see through the glass.

Meguiars makes this product called PlasticX or Plastix, something like that....works wonders! It also cleans headlights and your clear plastic trailer door strips better than anything anyone sells. You can get it at Auto Zone or like retailers.

If you cut through the Mar Resistant coating you will make a mess and ruin the windshield. Be careful and try to polish and it may be fine, after all it is worth a try.
    Good Luck!

Meguiars said it will not cut through any coatings or films.

    rain x

I've used rain x and a lot of elbow grease...took the windscreen I had on my old SC dragster from bad to decent.

Ditto what John said. Stuff works great on lexan. Takes out scratches and each bottle polishes finer. I use a 3" buffing wheel on a 90 degree die grinder.
Look up Novus on the net. Buy all 1 small bottle of each of the 3 different ones. It'll last a long time and do plenty of windshields.

I aint sure it will work, but try Crest tooth paste. It will make the plastic lights used in many semis and cars today look like new.
