Ok, I want to thank everybody on here for the input on my last few posts. We ran 5 passes at KCIR and the thrust bearing is just fine, no endplay change or stuff in the oil filter.

It all came down to a few simple things "I think", heavy oil with more pressure, more endplay, and a softer bearing.

I was a little leary about running that 70wt Brad Penn at first but I think im sticking with it now.

Thats great! What oil weight were you using before? I am running straight 50 & have been considering switching to a 70.

We were using a 20-50 oil not sure what change did the most good but we are going to stick with the Brad Penn 70. We warmed it up with tank heater before starting. We switched over to a Clevite ms-1795-m that is the # for a mopar RB or a Hemi anyway. I think someone on here actualy brought that M series up before but we forgot about it. Jeff Fowler pointed them out to us, had a set and we next day UPS them in so we could get the thing built thursday. Ran Friday, Saturday, won on Sunday. It was a great weekend not counting blowing a tire on both the truck and trailer on the way home.

Again thanks to everyone for the input. Its great to be up and running for more than 1 pass.
