dumb question on hemi oil pump

    I have an old JP oil pump for a hemi I imagine it stands for joe pisano its brand new and I was wondering if anyone has ever ran a pulley off one and used it as a external oil pump on like a chevy.Just a question Im kind of young so bare with me I understand it bolts on the side of the block on the hemi.I have a blown injected big block chevy just wondering if anybodys ever done it.

    the hemi oil pump uses passages that flow oil that would require some sort of fitting screwed into them. They are on the face of the pump. Dave Germain
