Manley valves

Hi,
I've just bought a set of Manley valves for my hemi , Titanium inlets and Extreme alloy (stainless) exhaust, I told a friend yesterday which make i'd gone for and he said ''don't run them they're made in china'' , is this true and should i change them or is there nothing to worry about ,

Where does your friend get his information from?

There are a lot of people out there who like to perpetuate myths or rumours because they think it makes themselves more knowledgeable and better than others. Usually it's BS...

 

i had manley valves last year 10200 rpm bae hemi with an M5...no problems all year(with the valves) ;-)

 

Well I thought it was probably wrong which is why i asked the question and didn't just change them, He is a well known UK racer (not naming names) i think he goes on Yellow Bullet ,but i don't so maybe thats where the duff info came from but i will certainly put him straight if it's not the case , I'm not planning on revving it as hard as you badbird ha ha ,love your car by the way ,Cool as f**k !
