Lenco drive neutraled in second

    Shifted second gear. .500 second in it neutraled. Got it in pits. brake held and shifted second. Shifted third and worked great. Could I have not had it in low gear all the way? Checked the sprags, checked the reverser, clutches..everything looks great.

    Rods ok?

    No exp with a Lenco, but hopefully it didn't buzz the motor to hard.

    Check for air leaks going to the servo and make sure you have 250 lbs. of air going to each servo, and if that's not your problem then the servo is'nt adjusted properly and the plunger is'nt engaging the clutch pack 100%

    Something else to check:

    After you do what Lorenzo said to do, be sure that you have 250 psi pressure on top of the shift servo the entire time that section is engaged. Some electric shifters don't work this way, they just turn the solenoid on momentarily and then turn the solenoid back off and if you have a leak at the servo, it will dump off enough pressure to disengage that section. I've had this happen with a CS2.
