We run a circle boat " K Boat " and don't tear it down until winter also ?

Never had trouble, but only 25 lbs of boost ?

Regular old Clevite 77 and Brad Penn.

Hell, the things got steel rods in it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can run the Clevite H-series as long as the tuneup is good. I would recomend pulling the pan after a couple races to check things out and keep an eye on the filter for the first signs of trouble. Anything over 30# of boost on a standard style chevy requires some preventive maintance. What type of parts are you working with?

This is in a jet boat we don't shift the rpm goes up and stays there. Callies magnum crank ,Oliver heavyweight rods with bolt upgrade, Dart big m billet caps studded mains. Have been running h series at 38 psi and never had any upper bearing problems. Just wondering if there is something better out there.

I run H bearings with Crower steel rods and crank, 30lbs of boost shifting at 8,000. I check bearings often but usually no problems. I might change a couple in a year.

    Main and Rod bearings

I run whatever AutoZone or OReilly has on the shelf. Of course I change my bearings frequently too.
