car hasnt been performing the way is should and finally at Joliet found out why and let the source go. If he doesnt wave its because he didnt see anyone wave to him also he doesnt stand up in his car waving because he feels he would be showing off and hes not like that hes a quiet guy who mostly keeps to himself
