My PSI blower has an O ring and my BAE manifold has an O ring. I am guessing, key word guessing, I need to take the O ring out of the manifold leave the one in the blower and put a manifold gasket between them. I figure someone has ran into this before.

If you have to run a blower restraint the plate would solve you problem.
Just put a 1/4" aluminum plat between the blower and manifold

PSI screw or roots. Screw needs a adaptor (manifold plate).

Do you have a restraining plate in between the blower and manifold?

It is a roots. The only restraining plate I have is between the injector and the blower.

X2. Would be the best way that I can see with no problems. Make sure you have enough belt.
