Let me know how you think I did... As soon as I can get the VHS video onto a CD I'll post other videos.

    first couple runs

those first couple of full runs, the end of the track is coming awfully quick. in a dragster, the run is pretty much over when you let off the throttle. in a fc, you still have to drive it because it's going to buck and bang everywhere.

i think i stopped pretty quick my first run..lol

Jim, I REALLY wanted to make that turnoff point... I guess that was just a backup hand :)

I don't know if your familiar with the set up of Frank's class, but you get six runs and only the last two are full passes... So if you mess up a run you probably will not get your license as he wont progress you... Well it took until my fourth pass to fudge up... But in that pass I learned the difference between shake and shudder... So the longest runs I had were a 1000' and one full pass...

    1000' run:
    R/T: .014
    60: 1.011
    330: 2.602
    1/8: 3.889
    MPH: 190.48
    1000: 5.011
    1/4: 6.093
    MPH: 193.54

    Full Run:
    R/T: .047
    60: 1.019
    330: 2.623
    1/8: 3.916
    MPH: 189.82
    1000: 5.041
    1/4: 6.004
    MPH: 232.55

Good job, How much does the school charge now per lap?
Many years ago, I attended the school in Gainesville, and had to make an extra lap to get my licence. I believe a 6.38 sec run got it done. I was coming from California, and was NOT going home without a licence. They do a great job back there. Enjoy.
