What was the name you and Vic had on the Studebaker with the 401 Buick engine back in the 60's?

I seem to remember a crazy story of where the motor came from and how you got it.

Maybe it was just an old story someone told me that they got wrong.

I saw on DRC it said Marty hit the wall, does anyone have any info? It must have tweaked the car enough, because I didn't see him in the final qualifying order.

It was the Quarter Horse, I got the motor from Victor when I purchased the 1939 Ford Coupe from him, He got the motor from a junk yard in Peakskill N.Y. That was my car not Victors, there's a lot of story's, Don't believe none of what you hear and half of what you see. Unless you hear it from ME. he he he P/S is the story printable?
