I'm in the process of designing new levers etc for our blown alky altered and was wondering what the preference is on fuel shutoff levers; mounted on the brake handle or mounted separately

Brake handle should have the fire bottle lever, fuel should be on opposite side. so your other hand can control it.IMHO

I have the fuel shut off on the brake. I want to pull the fuel off as I am pulling the brake at the end of every run. I dont use the fire bottles very often and they are expensive so I try to make them not so easy to set off accidentally. They are 600-700 bucks a pop so when I go for them I want it to be for real. Not because I accidntly grabbed too much brake lever.
