Silent Auction

To Anyone Feeling Genrous:

My name is Chris Harubin I am the president of the University of Northwestern Ohio drag club. Every year we have a Christmas banquet where we have a silent auction to raise money to help the students be able to go racing the following year as being college students we aren't able to make much money. So if anyone were interested or able to do this we would greatly appreciate it. Your dontion well bring up the next generation of crew memebers and possibly your competition. Not wanting to be to critical, but, if your punctuation, spelling and composition skills were better, you might get more support.

It makes me wonder what they teach in college these days.

Oh yeah, thats right, they teach people to feel good about themselves, even if they don't meet minimum expectations.

Sorry for the ranting. It just chaps my butt when I read something a college student writes and it looks this bad.

Maybe he's not an English major. I think it's cool that your university has a drag racing club. I'm a graduate student at Southern Illinois University, and we have an 1/8 mile dragstrip about 20 miles away. Maybe I'll have to try to organize something, although dragboats don't work too well on asphalt. Good luck with your endeavor, Chris.

That is very cool. Perhaps we can arrange some sort of field trip. LOL I just saw my first Nitro boat this past weekend at PRI. Wow and people call drag racing stupid. How often do those things blow up on the water? Do you start those boats like we start blown funny cars? Was just curious. I know Keith Black was building racing boats before coming to Drag Racing.
