For the engine experts, I have 2 new rollers at my disposal. Wanted to see what you guys thought, which one would work better for my combo, or not at all.. Both cams are same LC 112, I always ran 114 in blown alky but trying to do this one on the cheap, like I mentioned I have both of these cams new, I attached a pic of the cam card on the Bullet, The other is a Comp, 284/296 .748/.748 112lc. Car is a 125" solid suspension, with glide. This is for a low buck chaos build. Fairly light weight, 1900 lbs race ready with driver, engine is basic 482, BBC 4.250x4.250 6.385 rods, small 20cc dome pistons. I have 2-sets of heads ready, both same chamber cc 115, one set is old 077 alum chevy, nice port work, but only 315cc runner. Other is #861 Chevy bowtie, nice port work, 380cc runners. either head, final cr with .040 gasket, 10.1 cr. fresh 14-71 SSI (non high helix) Enderle Bird with only hat nozzles. MSD-10, Looking for an honest 1200-1300hp. This is what I got, what you guys think? Looking for a little reliability also, will be doing some nostalgia events, but would like to be 6.90, 200mph capable if possible with what I got.

Don't use the 077 heads they will not last long. Use the bowtie heads with the slightly smaller comp cams roller for a reliable bracket set up. The 112 LCA will work great and the 10:1 comp. will give a more forgiving tuning window. If you want more hustle and more work use the Bullet cam. The extra lift and duration will make more boogie but at a cost.

Also that blower can be cut back to a 10-71 or 8-71 to cut weight and turn the blower with a little over drive. You have more than enough engine to run the number with out beating on it.
