Blower starter and Battery pack

I have a used blower starter and RCD battery pack. Comes with cord and charger. I checked the battery pack with volt meter and it was 51.8 volts right after I took the charger off and two days later it was at 48volts. I haven’t been able to check to see if the starter works because it’s missing the quick connect on the starter so I can’t plug the cord into it. It all looks to be in good condition just little dusty from sitting around in the shop. I can email or text pictures. $1000 firm buyer pays shipping. Keep in mind the battery pack is heavy and so is the starter. I prefer not to ship overseas.
