    How thick is it? Where were you tring to place it on your car??

    It is 1inch think and I was putting it on a cross bar toward the front of the car close to the fuel tank. I was going to run 2 of them this year because we got a new car and it was alonger then our old one and I bought this one thinking that it would work but it wasnt tall enogh when I aired it up. I have a Big round one under the car. as well. that works great. but wanted to try this one to. $250 OBO I could put a board under it and make it work but the car is riding good with one.
