Many know we are switching over to a Hemi in our outlaw radial car, I have in the past seen many oil issue's with the hemi that cause gualded push rods and valve train issue's I was told this was caused by the type of Block being used. How can I avoid this in our program. Recomendations? I would honestly not like to pull the rack off this thing every time we go to the track to lube it if I can avoid it.

Its easy. Stay away from 5/16 pushrods and use a good pump. System one or Titan are the best. I've had both. No complaints. We tapped a hole from the psi side of the oil pump and run a -4 line to the side of the head. Drill and tap side of the head and drill a hole into the rocker stand. I have pics call or text me and I'll answer questions. Never burnt a pushrods, rocker arm nothing. No peanut butter or gear lube between rounds. Just race and have fun.

    Rocker

The standard bae oil system through the block is fine with good rocker gear. All the adjusters need to be pressure fed to avoid lubing between rounds/races.

Text me guys. I can't chase everyone email around.
The reason I do it this way is because the rocker gear going thru the block is the last thing to see the oil. And Hemi is hard on pushrods. So when you run a feed line off the pump basically when the engine turns over it pushes oil right to the rocker gear first. In some cases I've ran a restrictor because it gets too much oil. Like a .100 was perfect . It saves parts and time during rounds.

this is exactly what I see as well. When I get mine done, I want to avoid the issues the rest have had. I am also looking for a complete motor or parts. I sent you a text Jay.
