Searching for main bearings

    Who can help us out?
    We need 2 sets main bearing within 2 weeks over here in Europe.

    Try RBS Superchargers or Roger Way Racing in North Carolina USA.

    Let explain the problem with those bearings. This is directly from Bill McKnight at Mahl which is the mother company that makes the bearings. They made a decision a while ago to stop making them, and have now made a decision to make them again but the will not be on the shelf until the end of September. The only way you can find any is is somebody happens to have an set left over and laying around.

    Well,we haven't found them yet.
    What is a good replacement under 10 bearing for it?

    What about King bearings, mayby that's an option for you? MB-5116HP 010

    I think that's the only option.
    How are they in quality in compare to the Clevite ones?

    Quality is just as good in my opinion, we have used kings main bearings for a long time in many engines, we use Clevite rod bearing.

    I have no complaints, either are good bearings, IMO.

    The Kings will be slightly looser then clevites, but its normally nothing to worry about in these large clearance, blown alky engines.
