I've ran brad for 10 passes in one weekend with same oil. Hook a small vaccume to the valve cover or dry sump tank like a turbo car. Those guys say they can run brad oil for like 30'runs ! The trick is getting all the meth out. You can even heat it up at night to help bubble the meth out. It won't hurt the oil.

I run Brad Penn 50 straight up. But I do pre-lube the rockers, push rods etc, before first start each day, with the Lucas HD Oil Stabilizer. Can't ever have too much lube!!!

I used to work for HERC headquarters (Hertz Equipment Rental) we had all kinds of snake charmers come and say they are the best… and we did try… What we found is ProLong is the best!!! I have seen it work… After using it for one year the branch had 30% less catastrophic failure. And yes I use in our race car, a while back had the dry sump belt fall off in the burn out made a pass just wiped out top of push rods nothing wrong with the bearings or anything else.

I've had great success with VR1 60 weight Valvoline Racing Oil combined with one quart Lucas heavy duty oil stabilizer per fourteen quarts of oil. Been running it since 2010 in a MBR Hemi and (knock on carbon) never had a bearing related failure. Or for that matter any failure that I could attribute to oil. As a matter of fact last year my engine builder forgot to install the oil galley plugs in the front and rear of the block, I started and ran the car at least four times trying to get oil pressure before I realized that they had been left out. Forgot to mention that I was the engine builder....LOL. All it did was blue the top of one pushrod, I think that was because my prelude juice is 50/50 mix of Lucas oil stabilizer and 60 weight. It's available at local parts stores, realitivy cost effective and I can boil the meth out of it at the end of the weekend. Use this info to help you decide on your oil of choice.

I know a guy that accidentally put lower main bearings up top and did a run, low 6 et in a door car, only lube to all bearings was redline assembly lube when installed, bearings were ugly but it didn't even look like it was going to put a rod out, I've been using it ever since!
