bae 8x

    so after fitting a pair and completing the car we went to refit the body and guess what it fouled the zoomies by about 3 inches had to cut the body car looks crap :( we needed to load the car today so no time to make new exhausts
    the exhaust ports have been reconfigured with a totally different angle on the head..........

    im sure we could have done something given time but the car was at he trailer door and we lifted the body on and F****

    The x heads have a 17 degree angle change its what makes up the difference between 8xs and 8s. Sorry to here of your troubles

    I feel bad for you as well but in the same token most guys that are buying the new heads are fully aware of the difference. BAE is very insistant on letting their customers know the flange in different. I also think and know Smileys has the template to build a new set without and hassle. A possible quick option for the next race?
