Run two -12 in the pan, shallow fc pan, and two (one in each) -10 out of each head. This will require a 5stg. pump but you'll be able to run a very minimal amount of oil. I'd have to look back and see what the oil flow numbers were but I think somewhere around 6-7qts total for 1/4 mi.. If you're interested I do have pumps and tanks for this, as well as everything else required to accommodate a dry sump setup.

I ran a 5 stage Dailey Engineering dry sump pump on my 481x. 4 out of the pan and one out of the lifter galley. We ran only 12 qts in the tank.

I may have some photos if you are interested.

Have you guys tried drilling larger drains in the valley to help aid drain back or perhaps extra lines from the heads to the pan?

When I went to a wet sump with the billet CN block I had To drill a bunch of holes in the valley, Think there was only 5 originally, about 5/8 diameter.

Plug the holes in the valley and put one return in the valley and three in the pan.
