Powerglide World Record

Thanks to Cameron Bradham at Torque Convertor Services for building my powerglide transmission that allowed me to set the record at 3.714 sec in the 1/8th mile at 196.33 mph at Darlington SC last Friday afternoon 8/31/12

 

Nice work! Should be in the 5.80 range in the 1/4. Cameron is a super good guy. Are you running his Trans and convertor?

 

Hey Jody , how are you liking that new supercharger ? .

 

Two things..... first this type of performance is made alot simpler with the help of my tuning consultant Mike Kopchick at RAGE FUEL SYSTEMS. His systems and pumps are the best.....period. His pumps are like works of art and they NEVER...EVER.... seem to fall off or cavitate, and unlike some tuners that can walk by a trash can in the pits and have it catch on fire, his tune-ups are always fat and happy and still make big power. Second... I love my new SSI blower, very well made and delievered on time, makes good cool boost reguardless of the outside temp. My PSI was good as was my Littlefield before that but this SSI seems to be that much better.
