Can a standard 14-71 mooneyham blower be fitted with high helix rotors? I assume an adapter plate would then be used to create a delta opening on the bottom.Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.Dave

first thing you should consider is how much it will cost for the complete change. . then ask yourself how much can you get for your blower in it's current state. add the two figures together and can you find a nice hi-helix ready to go for that cost. . RBS has a trade in program also. give them yours plus "X" amount and get one fresh and ready. . . just my 2 cents

First off, a rotor R&R is $2300. And newer high helixblowers also have some case changes, like said earlier it would be worth it to buy a good used one, and JR at RBS would be the way to go for that
