For your weight I would use the Meziere one piece billet. It's probably the best quality flexplate out there.
I personally (dragster) use the CSR chrome moly unit and have had no issues with it.

I think how well the unit holds up depends a lot on your burn out style. If you let the tires chatter at the end of the burn out this is where you will get a lot of cracking issues.

    My thought's anyway............

The least that you can use is the J&W Wheel.
The Mezier is probably the best for your application.

Meziere, buy the best to begin with and don't look back. Trust me! I went through 2 before I got the Meziere. One cost me $8000 in damage and the other only $300 plus a few hours of my time.

Meziere is the best..that and going to the 6 pad/bolt coverter from Marty Chance solved my problems.

That is some steller info right there. The six bolt deal, and getting it right the first time. I went to Chance stuff on an accident. The second best move in my entire drag racing career.

I would say it depends on car leaving RPM weight etc. Your car is heavy. and you aren't going to be leaving hard from reading your other posts. Run a Mezerie 168 and you will be happy with the extra wt. when moving that 2800 + car. Don

    flex plate

Stay away from it. Just spend the money on the Mezerie and you will never have to look back again. Don

I'll sell you a Reactor flexplate for $100 OBO. You just have to get a new ring gear put on it. It has 3 partial runs on it. By the way I now run a Meziere. Stay away from Reactor, unless you buy mine of course.

Same story here. Horrible customer service, deceptive. Try getting it re-certed, they make SFI look bad. Meziere is more $$$ upfront but worth it. I have run the CSR steel before with no issues with about the same setup you have.

    Reactor Flexplate.

I have one on my shop wall thats a load of sh-t 11 passes and striped the teeth off the ring gear, I keep it on the wall as a reminder. Customer Service dont get me started. Stay away from Reactor at all costs. Meziere all the way.
