I have ran R&R Rods since I was in a jr. dragster up until and including now (TAD). Mike makes a great product and so does GRP, we bought a set of GRP last winter but for now are sticking with Mike & R&R. They both have bolt upgrades available, the L19 ARP, if your budget allows I'd strongly recommend it.

I dont remember the cost but I buy the better L-19 bolts too. Im sure the ARP2000 would do fine but I dont mind spending money on good bolts.

You should try some of the new ARP Custom Age 625+ bolts, they are as strong as the L-19's
but without the embrittlement issues. Problem is they are $600 a set.

Hussey or R&R. is what I have been told from alot of the TAD guys. But there are alot of good rods out there. I know a few Top Fuel guys are running the Venolia T/F Rod. Keep us posted on your progress. But make you ask the manuf. for there advice. Just make sure you arn't talking to someone looking in a catalog. That is a reason I use and stay with certain people. You need to feel comfortable Good Luck Don .
