    which low pro

If you are talking about the smallest low profile injector PSI makes, I would say the bell mouth is step up to the D Port injector. I back to backed them, it was worth 3.5 lbs at the hit and 2 lbs in high gear.

Ok maybe a different angle on the same question...

Can we improve the injector? Lip/bell mouth/etc

This is being fitted to a roots blower, Kobelco 14-71, DMPE 2 inch spacer,

    replace

The best way to improve this injector would be to replace it, especially if you're putting it on a roots. There are literally thousands of good used injectors out there from aluminum to carbon that would be better than that injector. You can find a good deal on one and have about the same money as what that one is worth, plus all the adaptor gear it will take.

What I'm getting at is the injector is that bad. The only thing it's good for is visibility. If you wanted to see, should have got you a dragster :)

Will is right, dump that injector, get a taller one and learn drive with it. In all actuality, the bell mouth doesn't work that well. The lip works much better. Look at the cowling on a jet engine, they use a lip on them, because they pull air not only from in front, but behind the air inlet as well. I can't remember his name, but the guy who was the aerodynamicist for Force told me all about bell moluths and lips.

That aerodynamiscist with Force is Johnny Stamper. He designed the JFR two hole hat and others.

That's not him. This was from some years back. He used to drive the MasterCam NTF. I met him at Bakersfield.

We do still have the one we made but we do have an issue with visability so want to make this one work.

Where can I source a lip for it ?

I know it's not what you're looking for, but I agree that you need to get rid of it. I don't know how fast your spinning your blower, but we tried one of these with a k11 and 4" spacer @60%+ over and were breaking belts every run. Switched back to a buzzard, problem went away

    Rbs

RBSSuperchargers.com has a few mag buzzards on his site for sale that would work much better for you. He might even give you a few trade in dollars for your unit.

    Spinning at 20%

    Have a 2" DMPE spacer

We did make our own injector, photo below. Reason for switch was weight, the PSI hat is 10-12lbs I think.
