Cs1 lenco 3spd to 2spd

    Anybody make an adapter to convert my lenco cs1 3spd to a 2spd ? going from alcohol to n/fc

    You shouldn't need an adapter, just remove the middle section and attach the reverser to the 1st section. The adapter plate is sandwiched between the 1st and 2nd section. As long as all your shafts have a common spline everything should fit.

    I takes a .187 thick spacer. I made one but never used it. call me if you want it TD 972-977-8340

    You can use a gearset elimination shaft and bushing from lenco and keep the empty case intact, if you wanted to keep your driveshaft as is
