Thumbs up to Ackerly and Childs

I called them today needing one upper and lower main bearing. I have a set of M bearings in the engine that still look brand new and want to run them out, then switch to V. I had one lower bearing that was twisted so I just wanted to replace one journal. I was afraid they wouldn't want to deal with a single bearing, but they didn't balk a bit. They broke one out of a pair of trays and set me up. Kudos. Great service. When I switch to Vs they'll be selling me trays of everything.
