need help psi d on a windsor

got a 331 cube windsor an were runnen a psi d an a jbr hat in a 2200 pound car ,wanna make 30 to 35 pounds of boost what pullys do we need to run top an bottom ,rev it to 8000 rpm,only ever ran rootes no idea on psi ,weve got at moment 58 bottom 49 top ,any real help would b very greatfull

 

Pulleys

Should of stayed with a roots. Norm told me a long time ago they don't work under a certain %. And you are asking alot. Maybe you can get a little guy to sit up there and turn it by hand. Don

Run your "D" blower at 40% over. As far as not working under a certain %, Norm meant screw blowers aren't meant to be under driven.
