Well going by first blower motor, you dont need much boost to get to your 1100-1300 hp goal, and with that 12-71 its not going to need much OD. I turn my 8-71 28% over and it makes more than 1300hp.

I use a 73t on the crank and a 57t on top, they are big but I wanted to use the longer 1600mm belt.

Start with a 49 on top 60 on the bottom will get you there in no time and make it live. Good combo makes 1300 all day at 7500.

i looked at the blower pulley chart..i see where these pulleys you told me to use and the 46t pulley i have now with a 56t pulley on bottom would give me about same OD% .PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY AND WHAT ADVANAGES do using different combos give me when they both give same OD%?this blower stuff is all new to me.i want to understand everything first before i start playing.
i have a new HTD-1440-8M BELT ALREADY SO WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO STILL USE IT IF I CAN

    blower pully set up

When I first got started this same issue kicked my butt and I finaly went to RCD's web site and down loaded there 8mm pully chart, then I went over to there belt chart and down loaded it also, a good way to start is to get the center to center from the crank to the blower drive shaft, to see if what you have will work for your set up. just my 2 cents
    good luck
