Does anyone know who or where to buy a fixture to machine the nylatron (black) strips on a rootes blower? What I am looking for is the portable machine that the pro's use at the track. I have seen two versions - one with quick release clamps and bearings to position the rotors, and the other is anodized black with with screw lock clamps, both use an electric router to machine the strips, and the router travels on a slide mechanism. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

By the time you spend all that money you might as well just buy a screw and be done with it! Save yourself some maintenance, not to mention all the other benefits that go with screw blowers.
