I think the oven is set somewhere between 350/ 400 degrees. I don' think I would. But then again I have powder coated alum fittings. Good luck Don

What is the injector and blower made of? IE Magnesium or Aluminum? If it's aluminum it should be no problem. However if it is mag, i've heard from multiple, multiple people NOT to try powder coating it. The problem is outgassing, apparently there is no type of powder coating available that will let the mag outgass properly, so what ends up happening is that the powder coating comes out looking fine, but then after days/weeks/months, it starts peeling off as the mag outgasses.

There is a ceramic coating that is specifically made for magnesium, I had my mag case Littlefield 14-71 HH blower and mag PSI injector coated with it, and it's been about 3-4 months and it still looks great. I had it done by Russ Meeks at Finish Line Coatings in Milwaukee, Oregon.

    P/C blower.

I had an old Alloy cased 8-71 powder coated "PURPLE" (Yeah i know:eek:but hey,it was the 90's) and then got it polished, after getting it off with paint stripper!! The case was checked for size when we put new rotors in it and all was o.k.

    Just my experience:)

Its all aluminum my concern was the heating and cooling of the motor and components at the races. The reason is the chrome reflects into my eyes and I cant see as were running, and visiblity is probobly a good thing.
